Define and drive the product vision for ANED's technology solutions. Work at the intersection of business, technology, and design to build products that transform African industries.

What You'll Do

• ▸ Define product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
• ▸ Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders
• ▸ Write detailed product specifications and user stories
• ▸ Work with engineering and design to deliver features
• ▸ Analyze product metrics and user feedback
• ▸ Conduct competitive analysis and market research
• ▸ Manage product launches and go-to-market activities
• ▸ Communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• ▸ 5+ years product management experience
• ▸ Experience with agile development methodologies
• ▸ Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• ▸ Excellent written and verbal communication
• ▸ Experience with product analytics tools
• ▸ Understanding of technical architecture and trade-offs
• ▸ Experience managing cross-functional teams
• ▸ Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• ▸ Experience with B2B or enterprise products
• ▸ Knowledge of African technology markets
• ▸ Technical background (engineering or computer science)
• ▸ Experience with platform products
