About the Role

Guide African enterprises through digital transformation. Assess technology maturity, design modernization roadmaps, and drive adoption of modern tools and practices.

What You'll Do

• ▸ Conduct technology maturity assessments for clients
• ▸ Design digital transformation strategies and roadmaps
• ▸ Identify process automation and efficiency opportunities
• ▸ Evaluate and recommend technology stacks
• ▸ Lead change management and training programs
• ▸ Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across levels
• ▸ Create business cases and ROI analyses
• ▸ Manage client relationships and project timelines

What We're Looking For

• ▸ 5+ years consulting or digital transformation experience
• ▸ Strong understanding of modern technology stacks
• ▸ Experience with process automation (RPA, workflow engines)
• ▸ Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• ▸ Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• ▸ Experience with project management methodologies
• ▸ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▸ Willingness to travel within Africa

Nice to Have

• ▸ Experience in African enterprise markets
• ▸ Knowledge of government digital transformation initiatives
• ▸ Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR)
• ▸ Industry expertise in finance, telecom, or government
