What You'll Do

• ▸ Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native
• ▸ Build native modules when platform-specific functionality is needed
• ▸ Integrate with REST APIs and real-time data sources
• ▸ Implement offline-first capabilities for unreliable networks
• ▸ Optimize app performance and reduce bundle sizes
• ▸ Write automated tests and maintain CI/CD for mobile
• ▸ Publish and manage apps on Google Play and Apple App Store
• ▸ Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts

What We're Looking For

• ▸ 3+ years mobile development experience
• ▸ Proficiency in Flutter (Dart) or React Native
• ▸ Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
• ▸ Understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns
• ▸ Experience with state management solutions
• ▸ Knowledge of mobile security best practices
• ▸ Experience with app store deployment
• ▸ Strong debugging and profiling skills

Nice to Have

• ▸ Experience with both Flutter and React Native
• ▸ Knowledge of USSD or SMS integration
• ▸ Experience with offline-first architectures
• ▸ Familiarity with mobile payment integrations (M-Pesa, Paystack)
